The left sideboard rail hook broke off within a month after receiving it. I spent $12000 plus to buy the full set including the bench and mattress, it really sucks to be experiencing this. After waiting 2 months plus to receive this order and now I don’t have a working bed. I am still waiting for the customer service to resolve this issue. So frustrating!

BEAUTIFUL
The Kodiak headboard & frame is beautiful! Easy to put together & very well made!! I brought headboard inside & assembled it myself, single level home. Do get someone to help if you can! Ordered the color snow to fit 108 in x 108 in mattress. Was well packaged & Solid wood!! Unpacked the boxes in my garage and brought pieces in. Very nice look and heavy duty fabric! Quality product! Customer service @ Alaskan Beds was fantastic !! Estes shipping company did an amazing delivery job too!! Really enjoying my Kodiak & LARGE mattress! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent Bed Frame - Shipping/Installation Needs To Be Improved
The frame itself is of excellent quality, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to assemble. However, due to the size, delivery of the frame was sub-optimal (large, bulky boxes) and they are challenging to bring inside your home (especially without stairs). Lack of installation options via company is not ideal. However, no issues with quality of the frame/product whatsoever - this is excellent!
