Bad Customer Care

I wrote to customer care 3 times. The first time, I asked for the needed invoice and got a response. The second time, I asked when the chair would have been delivered since the necessary 4 weeks had passed and I needed to go travelling: no answer. A third time, when I got the chair, one plastic piece that covers the mechanism below the chair was a bit damaged from the delivery (wish I could upload pics) and felt a bit loose. I asked if they could resend only that piece (a pretty common request): but no answer again. The chair is working but since the expensive price, I expect all the pieces to be in perfect condition. I gave up.
