T4 Tandem Hub Tent

I bought a Gazelle tent (Order #30067) for $600 — which was already a big “military discount” price — and it still completely fell apart the very first time I used it. The stakes bent instantly, grommets ripped out, fasteners tore loose, and a pole ripped straight through the fabric. For something advertised as rugged outdoor gear, it was pure junk. The customer service was just as bad. I reported the issues right away, but Gazelle dragged things out for weeks. Days would pass between responses, they kept demanding more “proof,” and my contact Shawn was slow, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care. Bottom line: even with a military discount, this tent was a $600 mistake. Gazelle tents are cheaply made, and their customer service is even worse. Spend your money with a company that respects its customers.
