Uncomfortable chamois pad. Poor shipping method and return policy.

Ordered two sizes for two children to try. No matter the size, the chamois pads were uncomfortable and bunchy. I payed for express shipping and although Varlo shipped my order out the next business day, the package was slow moving through USPS and we did not receive the order until more than a week later. They have a strict return policy and were not willing to help me out with return shipping costs even though I had to pay for express shipping which did not work out. Will stick with other companies for triathlon gear from now on which offer free express shipping and reliably arrived on time.
