This is clearly a replica of the real Apple case not, an Apple case. It doesn’t fit the phone the same way the true Apple cases fit the phone.

You can easily reach them via mail, they quickly respond to your questions. They don’t have an easy return policy. Their return address is in the EU, as they don't have a US-based address. So far the case is ok.

Wrong color instead got a black one but over all the case looks nice
