2016-2018 Kia Optima - OEM Mud Guards

This is the second Optima that I bought mud guards for. Wouldn't be without them. These ones are more svelte than the 2014 style. I like how all the work required is pulling screws out and then replacing them. Quick. I feel, however, that this year's (2016) version should have been issued with two plastic rivets to stabilize the underside of the front guards. There are factory holes there, and there is a bit of flex with the lowest extreme of the front guards. I will try to do that with mine.

Installed on my 2019 Optima LX. Very easy to instal without removing wheels got a ratchet and a philips bit remove screws hold guard in place install screw back in. Took 20 minutes and looks good.

Actually, this is my 3rd Kia and my 3rd set. All were made specifically for the vehicles I ordered them for and look like they were on the vehicle the day it rolled off the assembly line. They were easy to install and they do help. - Driver Jeff
