Rating: 2 out of 5 stars (due to customer service experience) Review Title: Gorgeous, Well-Made Boots, but Sizing and Return Process are a Nightmare The boots themselves are gorgeous and well made. The quality is excellent, and I really wished they had worked out. Unfortunately, they run on the narrow side and were not a good fit for me. My low rating is purely due to the unacceptable difficulty of getting a return label and the non-existent customer service.

Great boots! But it could be difficult to wear if you have thick calves.
