Awful did not work requested refund but ignored

I regret buying the Le Peach. I failed to read the reviews. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. The instructions say that the gel pads are good for 30 uses, but they only last for one use. I experienced a malfunction with my machine; the top stimulation worked, but the bottom didn't. I contacted customer service twice, but I received no response.
