Very versatile! The problem this type of training shoe is largely “running “. However, this shoe very is good overall and I highly recommend them! Obviously not a pure running shoe but for cross training and WODing…hits all the bases. Very light weight and comfortable. True to size also!

Like the style and look. The insole is thin and doesn’t five any arch support at all. I typically wear a size 9.5 in most other athletic shows. The Nobull size 9.5 was big, had to return for a size 9.
