I have been using Flewd bath salts for about one year now and will never buy another brand! I feel so relaxed and calm after a soak, which I do about every five days. I prefer the fragrance-free line, but have used ones containing fragrance previously and they were fabulous too. I highly recommend.

I have a smart ring that tracks my sleep - nights 1-4 after my bath are EXCELLENT. Night 5 back down to GOOD and I need to take another bath. They really do work!
