I ordered your product as I was going to start radiation shortly I specifically chose express shipping which you advertised as 3-5 business days. It cost more that that product . You didn’t bother even shipping it till a full week after I placed the order. I emailed you before with my concerned and received no reply including my request to reimburse me for the cost of expedited shipping- no response . You also don’t answer your phone or return my message. Package arrived after I finished the radiation rendering it useless to me. So I have no idea about the product quality, just yours as company- if I could give 0 stars , I would.
