Pop Mia F. brooch

I had to contact the company several times to follow up on shipping status - shipping was delayed by three weeks from the expected ship date. When it arrived I noticed many threads that should have been trimmed that I did not notice in the five other brooches I have purchased. The brooch was in the gift bag but otherwise loose in the large outer gift box. It seems little care had been taken. It is a disappointment.
