Very impressed with the quality of these bikes everything from the suspension to the components to the user interface on the built-in screen everything fits and feels like a high end high performance motorcycle vs a bike. I highly suggest researching how the rear shock adjustments work tiling in the right compression and rebound settings as well as the appropriate sag is crucial for this type of riding experience

A top tier delivery and unpacking for a great bike

I already knew I'd love the Ace from a test ride. I was a bit more nervous about the shipping and unpacking since I've had that go bad so many times with other PEVs. The shipping experience was great. The shipper kept accurate windows and the delivery driver communicated via phone. It was a much better shipping level than the cost of shipping implied. The unpacking showed a lot of thought, clearly showing their desire to be the kind of bike company they wish they could buy from. Following the guide had the bike out and assembled within 15 minutes for me. I also liked the packing materials. I can't store these things, but I wish I could. However, the foam and cardboard were really protective and break down with an utility knife was super fast because of the rigidity of the board and foam. I felt sad when I destroyed it.

No flats so far!

How do I review something that works but I don’t know if my tire would fail if the Inserts were not there. All I can say is that we have over 200 miles in 2 weeks with heavy jumping and trail riding with no flat tires.
