Rosy Tides - Hooded Towel Recycled Sand Free

Only ordered as i asked for the head towel in a specific colour. I checked with customer service prior to purchase, they were happy to assist, but they sent the wrong colour and blamed me for purchasing at the wrong time. Instead of offering to return the head towel for the correct colour no solution was offered apart from refund. I had purchased more items as gifts and they will now be returned. I had also purchased many products in the past and never had an issue. Didnt think i was asking an unreasonable request. But customer service has completely failed and I was left feeling really disappointed with the lack of customer service. I will now look at supporting another Australian company for gifts in the future and will advise others to not purchase from Nakie. A simple fix could have made me very happy and I would have continued to purchase and recommend this company bit unfortunately that was too difficult. Poor form Nakie

I wanted something light that I could use on the beach but wear to and from the beach too. This fits the bill! I've bought the Rosy Tides pattern to match the beach towel that I've had a while.
