Incorrect tee shirt sizing

I purchased Four tee shirts. Three fit in the proper size, however one shirt was improperly sized as XXL when it was Xl. Was going to sent it back but was shocked at the return process! Caution: read the refund policy before you purchase! Personally I will never purchase again! I will report to N Y S consumer affairs about this return policy.
