Great product especially during these cold winter months! Just wish I had gotten a WiFi controlled one to begin with! I do have this is plugged into a smartplug so I can remotely turn it on/off, or set timers, or schedules, sadly I can't change the temp setting with the WiFi plug, that can only be changed using the controllers. If you go this route each side has its own controller and wall plug so either: Buy a double adapter to plug them into one SmartPlug, or buy a second SmartPlug to allow individual control of either side. Other than no WiFi it works fantastically, warms up within an hour, max temp takes about 2 hours, comfortable and don't feel any of the coils. The plastic controller connectors looked like they might be a problem/I would feel them while sleeping but with their position in the very upper corners, and how I sleep, I fully avoid them.
