Realistic Looking Book

This nifty little safe is hidden in a very realistic looking book. It even has actual pages at the beginning of it! The cut-out part is surprisingly large, with ample room for what I need to "hide." My only concern is that there's no way to secure the items inside the book...no straps, not even a cover to keep them from falling out when it's opened. If you have any suggestions for this problem, I'd like to hear them.
