RVLock V4 Keyless Handle

What an upgrade!

I bought 2 units to replace aging locks, one 11+ years old and the other 9+ years old. What improvements your company has made with this units. I am so happy for a lock button that responds without a code and a key fob that works on 2 units. The locking is much softer and the tones are much more softer sound wise. Keep up the good work! I love the improvements. If you are an RV owner this is a must have!!

Works great!

Construction seems very solid. The installation was very simple and straightforward. My door was a bit thinner than standard, so I had to add a sheet of rubber gasket material on the outside, but I knew that going in. We've only used it for a single trip, but the convenience has been very appreciated.

Received the V4 lock and it worked great. Set up was easy with their instructions. Unfortunately we had trouble on a trip to Wyoming. Our lock was acting peculiar. Could not open it with the keypad. Luckily I had the key on hand. I contacted customer service and talked to Tiffany H. The lock had to be returned. She sent a new lock to our mailing address and sent me a return label. We we returned home, the lock had been delivered. I replaced the original lock with the new lock. Kudos to Tiffany.
