Hi from NZ. This pale ale was my first using iGulu F1. It is not a bad beer at all. This is an easy-drinking pale ale, and for my taste it could have a bit more prominent hop aroma and flavor, with a drier finish. This is a matter of taste, though, and the process itself was certainly easy, and the fermenter did its job perfectly. Also, this pale ale is probably a fantastic first brew for newbies, because it only takes 10 days from start to finish and the taste is not challenging for anyone. I actually transferred the finished beer into a PET keg. That was also a very easy process that I managed to do without exposing the beer to outside elements. Now I'm enjoying some pale ale while waiting for my next batch (lager, by the way) to ferment in my iGulu. Brilliant!
