Lots of compliments
The jacket is quality at its peak and comfortable. I bet it will get even better with time and use. In addition, I get a ton of compliments when I wear it.

Arco quarter zips
I’ve purchased five of these over past six months and love them all! Very well built and warm. The fit is perfect and is as advertised. I only wish they had a store here in Ohio!

A favorite jacket at arrival!
I really liked the pictures and description of this jacket after multiple visits to the Atlantic Rancher website. I already owned the Ranger sweater, so I was pretty sure the quality and look of the jacket would be great. The only thing holding me back was the sleeve length. I'm 6-5 with long arms -- 37 inches in dress shirts. The sweater sleeves were good, so I took a chance on the jacket in XL. It also fits, and I immediately put it to work. It's pretty heavy for its size, water- and windproof. The trim at the collar and sleeves is a soft knit that's comfortable and seals the sleeve ends from the wind. The burnt orange color has a sportsman appearance like fine upland hunting wear. As others have said, the large handwarmer pockets could probably benefit from a liner like the one on the collar, but they are deep enough to keep your hands out of the wind even with gloves on. A few other pockets accommodate your phone and other essentials. Finally, the price. I won't lie -- it gave me pause. But, I don't mind paying up for quality even if I have to grit my teeth to push that purchase button. I'm not sorry I did. I look forward to years of service from this item and expect it will age well and look even better after break-in.
