Nice bag, took forever to arrive

The bag itself it quite nice for the price. The leather feels nice and soft. The color is rich. The features—key holder, zippers, etc are all excellent. The lipgloss holders seem to be set a little low in my bag, as when lipgloss is in place, it blocks the zipper below it. Not a huge deal though. I do wish the bag was 1-2 inches larger so I could fit a little more, but I guess that’s the point of a bum bag over a tote. Only thing I would have liked is the option for a red interior with the brown bag, that way I can find things easier with the contrast/it just looks fancier. Only REAL issue is the shipping time. It was “delayed for” quality control”—but I had to reach out many times before someone let me know that it was going to be delayed. Once it shipped it only took 2 days. I would order from them again, but will be prepared for the shipping issue.
