Wild British Half Shell King Scallops

Have had Scallops from Fish society before and were excellent. This time they had far to much sand and grit in, took me ages to wash and the actual quality was lacking

Scallop size and freshness was amazing. Need more ideas of how best to cook them

I grilled them with the shell with some herb butter. My husband was very pleased. Definitely 5 stars.
