I have had several orders on this. The DPD delivery this time was awful. 6 hrs overdue from original timing. ( Not our normal delivery driver)And when delivered, box soaking wet. Ice packs melted. (One broken) And product defrosted full of water. I rang customer services. .......told they would be ok to refreeze. As yet I've not used them

The whole order (XL king prawns, whitebait, baby octopus & large squid tubes) arrived on time, frozen and in good order. The quality of each product exceeded our expectations. We now know where to go for fresh seafood!
