‘Indebted’ By Col 'Sketchy Moyle' - Signed

Having served with Col from 71 to 75, I can relate to his stories. I did the Recondo and Para course with Col and can relate to his accounts of having undertaken such courses. Col's accounts of his experiences is a down to earth no nonsense with his splash of whit and humour, makes for a great read. I was the patrol commander (at the time) with the officer Col refers to as being captured on the recondo course. The DS nominated the said officer to go forth and recce the enemy camp with a national serviceman Col H. The said officer was captured by the mad Polish Cpl. Rule one, never disclose that you are an commissioned officer appointed by her Majesty. Well done Col and all the best. Cheers Fred Read, X trained armourer.
