CUSTOM DTF GANG SHEET - BUILD YOUR OWN - 5-7 BUSINESS DAY TURNAROUND

I am giving this a 1 star because I designed to only print product. Submitted order well before Christmas and received the 1st week in January after reaching out twice. I understand it’s a busy time of year but it was the customer service that was lacking. Since It took a month to receive my order I have not used the item to be able to review quality.

This was my first time making a gang sheet. I was so nervous that I was going to make a mistake. The process was simple and the directions given were clear. Use a sizing guide to ensure your sizes. This hands down was a great purchase and I will absolutely be back to make more!

For the most part great.. great Quality as usual. However there was a glitch in the software and 1 of my gang sheets was 1/2 blank. I get you just print it, but I have someone I order gangs from and if an order doesn’t look right ( I had 1 I missed resizing), she texted me and asked. I do appreciate that. It saved me from potentially losing a customer, because I lost 2 with this. I because of how long it took and the order because she couldn’t wait. It was for a birthday gift. So I had to spend money on another gang sheet (received it in 5 days) and give shirts for free to just salvage a customer.
