Would recommend 100%. They included some samples of foods that my bettas loved. In particular the cube of freeze dried black worms. I have one tank with a baby betta so the herbal blend for growth was very beneficial. Due to those samples they included I will be a regulqr customer.Thank you & expect my order soon!
