Good for damping vibrations

Highly recommended. These torque rods are an excellent combination of vibration damping / isolation and adjustability. They are a great choice when you don't need / want the fully rigid connection of the spherical rod ends on both the axle and body connections (aka noisy) but still need to have some adjustability for dialing in your pinion angle. Great addition for T5 swap users who are more "daily driver" focused than "racecar-spec".
