A cute TTS boot that will be fun for winter

I wear a size 9 and ordered up for the 10 based on other reviews. Ended up returning for a 9 in the end. Went with four stars because the jelly material isn't quite as vibrant as shown online, but they are still adorable boots. Can't wait to wear them out!
