Customer service is amazing

These lashes would get 5/5 if they lasted more than 24 hours. I contacted customer service to let them know about my experience with the lashes and they were amazing. They took the time to read my essay of an email and response was genuine and informative. Apart from them not lasting very long for me the fluffiness and comfort of these lashes were fantastic. I got so many compliments.

Skill issue

I loved the lashes I love how fluffy it is and how much it looks like extensions and how sticky it is. BUT one thing I found hard was trying to take the lash off of the package as it was too sticky😭😭 it most likely is my fault I didn’t know how to take it off the package, but yeah I really do love the lashes. I’d really appreciate it if you guys could do a full in depth tutorial on how to take the lashes off the package with tweezers and how to apply them slowly step by step. You guys did amazing with these lashes😩

Obsessed! 😍 This is probably my 4th or 5th order now, and that alone should tell you how much I LOVE these lashes! They’re sooo easy to apply and literally take me just a few minutes. As a mum of 4 energetic boys under 5, I honestly don’t have the time to sit at a lash appointment for hours 😂 These are such a lifesaver — quick, easy, way more affordable, and I still get the same gorgeous look I would if I went and had my lashes professionally done. Definitely my go-to now! 😍🙌🏽
