I did have a problem with the product; after about a month of normal use, the USB cable fell apart. But I'm giving it a 5-star review because of the support team. They responded super fast, everything was very clear and simple. They replaced my broken mouse with a brand new one completely free of charge and without me having to return the damaged one. I'm very grateful and you can be sure I'll continue shopping here.

The dpi button is a good addition to a mouse And this mouse in particular is pretty smooth

Love it, defintely worth it. Not that expensive either.
