Omega 3

My children have these as I was concerned that they did not have enough omega 3 in their diet. It's great that they're vegan too and taste of mango.

Easy way to take Omega 3

Slight seaweed taste which I’m sure can’t be avoided. But much nicer to take it this way rather than a liquid or pill.
