Followed sizing guidelines on the website and ordered a large, as advised. However the large was way too large and had to be returned. To return the item, the company wanted £25 for the label and necessary paperwork. I've explained in my various emails that the wrong size was ordered on the company's advice. But there was no acknowledgement from customer services that they were responsible. It's a pity. The jumper was lovely. However, i'm not prepared to order a replacement in case it's the wrong size and will have to faff about in order to return it.

Very warm, a lovely colour. A decent length (so many jumpers are very short these days!). The wool is clearly great quality.
