Pixelated Leather Bracelet | 6MM

I ordered a custom one and maybe a few hours after i ordered it i realized i got the date wrong so i emailed them and asked them if theres anything they can do (this was before it had even shipped) and they said they could not do anything because it was custom (i got one number wrong on the date) and it had not even shipped yet.. i understand it’s custom but i don’t understand why nothing could be done, yes it was initially my fault but i was hoping for better customer service.
