The customer service experience wa positive, although there seems to be a deficiency in order fulfillment accuracy. Specifically, an incorrect color was delivered, which was reported. While a return and exchange were initiated, the subsequent delivery also contained the incorrect color. Despite this, the I decided to keep the second shirt due to the quality and appeal.
