I have been decorating cookies for a very, very short time. Picking up tips and tricks from various pages on FB and YouTube etc. Finally decided to invest in one of Grace's classes. There was a 50% off sale so I couldn't go wrong. I found the PDF files a bit hard to follow as the links within them would hop to a new section of the file, then you need to find your way back to where you were. Not unmanageable but I bit inconvenient during the learning process. That aside...the video tutorial was exactly what I needed. A start to finish video with all the steps and tips. Grace even intentionally made some errors so we knew how to make the correction. Right after the class, I made my icing (already had my cookies made), got my colours pretty close to what I wanted, and then worked on the consistency. Consistency, I am sure will always be the downfall to almost everyone! Anyway, it worked out. I made 1 of each to complete the full set (picture in this review). I sent the picture to my daughter who immediately replied "did you make those?" she asked because she thought they turned out almost too good for me to have done...LOL. She posted them on her FB page for how cute they were and had a lady reach out that wanted 12 sets for her sons farm themed bday party coming up. So, I came to the rescue! Yesterday I made 8 dozen cookies and decorated a dozen of each cookie!!!! long day, but how rewarding. Thanks Grace for making me confident enough to tackle this! it is so much about the consistency and the techniques used, which can be applied to so many designs. I have already purchased the safari animals and sports ball classes. Tomorrow I watch how to make a lion...haha! Thanks for everything!

The instructions were well written and easy to understand. I have read them a couple of times and looking forward to making these cookies next week.
