This is the best Kitchari Kit and I recommend making it especially during Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Fall Equinox, and Winter Solstice

Loved it

This made delicious kitchari. My first time to ever eat kitchari and I loved it. Using the recipe on the package it made about 2 quarts. Also I used vegetable broth for half the cooking liquid. I really enjoyed eating it. It is soothing and comforting as a warm meal. I added sautéed vegetables cooked in ghee to the bowl as my meal.
