Vata Massage Oil

I know some people might think it’s a little greasy, but honestly I love this stuff. The smell is amazing—really warm and calming—and it just feels like good quality when you put it on. I’ve always felt like your skin needs real, nourishing ingredients, and this actually feels like it’s doing something, not just sitting on top. An Ayurvedic teacher I met years ago told me to use oil like this daily for abhyanga, and I’ve stuck with it. I do think it helps me stay calmer, or at least more grounded. I genuinely love it—if I could have a whole well of this, I would.

Amazing fragrance and it easily absorbs into skin. I can get dressed within a few minutes of using without any problem with oil transfer.

I used this daily for 2 weeks as part of the Ayurprana vata cleanse, and my skin feels much smoother now.
