Not what I expected

I ordered a cloth backdrop for a commercial shoot.. I reached out before I ordered to ask if their backdrops would work for film shoots and if there were any lighting concerns.. I.e. too thin or too shiny. I was told they are perfect for shoots. I received the backdrop and not only was it too shiny, but it also had a seam all the way across the image…there was no mention of seams if you ordered beyond a certain size. It was unusable and I had to order a matte vinyl drop from a local print shop. Waste of money!
