DISAPPOINTING ALL AROUND! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a finished product for my business, but the item I received was not made according to my order specifications and is unusable as delivered. Customer service offered only to send me Velcro to attach/sew myself or provide a $20 partial refund. I paid for a completed product, not something I would need to repair or modify myself. They refused to send the correct finished product or provide a full refund. I would not order from this company again.
