Took two deliveries to get my order

My first delivery was a USPS disaster; USPS machine destroyed the thin envelope that my order was shipped in. My replacement order was shipped in a box. One Stop German Store customer support was very supportive and when the USPS finally said package was lost ONE Stop immediately shipped a replacement. Bravo for that.
