Zury Sis Full Wig - JENNA

When purchasing this wig I thought it was silver all over. Th crown has black roots which I don’t care for. Not only that, this wig sheds something awful. I never even tried it on and there were hairs all over my table and clothes. I attempted to return the wig but my return was rejected for some reason. Over the years, I’ve purchased several wigs from Ebonyline as well as referred several friends to the site. Regrettably, that won’t be happening anymore. I guess all good things must come to an end.

Product wasn’t what I expected, too much hair and the roots of the crown are black., I so tried to return it. The return process appears to discourage product returns. I was willing to pay return fee minus 20% restock fee but then I was instructed to print off the mailing label. Not having a printer, I emailed customer service to find an alternative return method and was instructed to go to a library or somewhere who does printing. I’m 76 yrs old and should not have to run all over town to return anything.

This wig has a beautiful style to it, perfectly shapes head, and i have gained many compliments. I truly enjoy this one.
