The customer service from this companys is wonderful. I wanted a different color at the last minute and they were able to accomplish my request. That said, this bag is beautifully designed however, I wish the leather was better quality. The strap was already showing deep creasing upon arrival. I’d actually pay a higher price point for more quality leather.
