Free Returns + Package Protection

I am paying for package protection, yet I did not get my package yet. the first tracking number was created and NEVER shipped and I paid extra for a rush. I asked for a refund on the rush since it was never shipped and recieved a refund for the rush, yet no new tracking number or anything to follow to see if it was shipped and where it is. when asked for one or an ETA I just got a response simply stating that its going to Alaska and could take a month. Basically I don't know when or if it actually shipped and hope and pray it comes in, but must wait an entire month after waiting over a week in the first place before I could follow up if it never arrives. and then will I have to wait an additional month if it doesn't come in a month? so disappointed. I was really looking forward to building a collection of these bags.

Disappointed with the lack of response to two of my email inquiries. I never received notice of my ETA delivery date. When my package finally arrived over 6 wks later I lost joy in my bag, storage zipper bag and the structure organizer to go in my bag. I’m in process of returning all of it. Please do better with email inquiries/customer service.
