Everything is very well made, and works excellently! Great customer service too!

Quality, solid product, I like how the dimmer switch works and feels - quality. I love the red power cord and USB and USC charge ports in addition to two electric outlets. I would take off 1/2 a star for charging before shipment which took 2.5 months to arrive. I think vendors should charge upon shipment, not at order receipt, especially with such a long delay in receiving the product.
