I've purchased cases and a mirror from Simona years ago and just recently purchased more. They all came out so much better than I could ever imagine, she goes the extra mile even. Like one of the cases I knew what I wanted then she sent me the design she went with and I just, completely went with hers because it was phenomenal. Keep up the great work!! I've never had an issue with charms or pieces coming off, to me the quality has always been amazing
