The BEST gloss black undercoat for metallics, candy coats, etc

ALCLAD Gloss Black Base is the best, and for a reason! You literally can't get any easier than this for a super glossy black base coating. Ready made for pouring direct to airbrushing. No thinning required. No primer base coat needed either. You can spray this directly onto your gunpla parts (though if you're using a resin kit, be sure to pre-sand, as this paint will show ANY imperfections with how glossy it is). I can't get over how easy this is to spray, and how perfect the gloss coatings are. I usually spray at 10-14 psi, starting with a light tacky coat, followed by an overcoat to make it look "wet". Let it dry for a solid 16-24 hrs to really set. Then you'll have a perfect super gloss, which you can either top coat if you want to keep a glossy black paint, or proceed on to metallics, candy coats, or color shift paints. Really, this is the best gloss black base! Extra pros: lots of paint given the larger bottle size, and you don't need a lot of the paint to get the gloss...so you're getting a lot of bang for your buck. 5/5 stars!
