The visual representation was accurate; however, I was significantly dissatisfied with the product itself. While I acknowledge that I may not have thoroughly reviewed the product description, the item received did not align with the image presented. Furthermore, upon reviewing the invoice, the shipping costs exceeded the product's value. My disappointment is compounded by the absence of a refund policy. Fortunately, I exercised caution and evaluated the initial purchase before considering a larger order, which I will now refrain from placing. This experience suggests a discrepancy between advertising and the actual product.

My grandsn loves it, and even though I though it was going to be two plushes becasue I didn’t read the whole thing, It’s really cute.
