Men’s White Pearls Necklace, Gold

I paid for 2 day shipping and it took about 2 weeks to get to me. Then a lady from there office in Florida emailed me and apologized. Telling me they're sorry for my wait that they'll be shipping it soon and that id be getting a complementary bracelet for all the hassle....I never reached out... they just randomly emailed me..... Guess what??? No bracelet. Dont hate the necklace. But not what I expected for 200 bucks after taxes and shipping. Plus a 2 week wait.
