High quality product
First take out of the packaging, well made, appears to be high quality materials. That being said, it will take some breaking in, stiff and harsh on the neck. Fit was excellent, 6' 210 lbs, and did not ride up around my ears when getting in and out of the helm chair or working on deck tossing lines.
