Couldn't be happier with the Rose oil. It makes my heart center and chest feel sooo good. Just breathing the aromatics is therapeutic. I use one drop at night on my heart chakra and on trouble spots on my face. Most of all when needed, their customer service is stellar!

Good stuff! Something changed in 2020?

This is my go to source for basic rose otto and rose absolute, but not my source for fine quality otto and absolute. In my notes, the otto from you guys used to be better… Quality dropped a notch in 2020 or 2021 - top notes consistently different than previous batches to my nose, and I need to buy the oil from other sources now to get the same quality that I used to get from you. So I get the oil from you when I don't need to pay as much and can accept a slightly dull smelling product. The absolute is very pleasant and works well in perfume. Bulgarian absolute from other sources like Payan Bertrand seem to have more rich / saturated aromas, but the cost is considerably higher so I tend to get absolute from you because it works well enough.
